My name is Frank Wozniak. In May 2004, I retired from the Toronto Police Service after over 30 years of dedicated service. I am a Certified Forensic Polygraph Examiner. The last 17 years on the Police Service were spent administering lie detector test (polygraph examinations), conducting interviews and interrogations. I hold memberships in the Canadian Association of Police Polygraphists (C.A.P.P,) the American Polygraph Association (A.P.A.) and the American Association of Police Polygraphists (A.A.P.A.).
I have an extensive background in interviewing and interrogation techniques as well as statement content analysis. I have taught thousands of investigators in Canada, United States and Mexico in the art of communication skills, interviewing and interrogation techniques. I have lectured to students at the university and college levels as well as the Ontario Police College, The Canadian Police College and the C.O. Bick Police College in Toronto.
As I truly enjoy the work I do, I decided, upon retirement to start Toronto Polygraph Services Inc. I use the latest, state of the art, computerized polygraph instrument, and keep current with technology and polygraph related issues by attending professional development seminars. In May I attended the American Association of Police Polygraphists annual conference in Jacksonville Florida.
If you are interested in Toronto Polygraph Service's professional polygraph examinations (lie detector tests), or investigative training, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Till then,
Frank Wozniak
