A non refundable deposit of $150.00 is required upon booking a polygraph appointment. This fee will be applied to the professional service charges.

If less than 24 hours notification is given to Toronto Polygraph Services Inc. (including no-shows), the customer will be responsible for paying the balance of the exam fees.

This is a firm and enforced policy since Toronto Polygraph Services Inc. can not typically fill an open appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
